We have received the esteemed designation of a Center of Excellence in training and health and social care after being acknowledged as an endorsed provider by Skills for Care. Basic Life Support skills are covered in this training, along with skills for adults, children, and infants as well as healthcare modifications on baby CPR. Safety, precautions, initial evaluation, recovery posture, CPR, compression-only CPR, CPR handover, and choking are all covered in the course. For nurses, caretakers, or other medical professionals who require yearly updates to fulfill professional membership requirements, this is perfect.This course works best when taken entirely online, but if you also need a practice session, we may offer the course as a blended learning option that includes a brief practice session through our network of approved teachers. The Basic Life Support courses offered by ProTrainings are in line with the Skills for Health UK Core Skills Training Framework, or UK-CSTF, and have been created to satisfy all necessary learning objectives. Both level 2 adult and pediatric patient care are included in this. The course can be taken entirely online, in a blended learning environment, or in a classroom across the country. It is valid for one year and conforms with the most recent ERC and UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines. To demonstrate our dedication to higher standards of compliance and quality assurance, TQUK endorses this qualification along with the majority of the other ProTrainings qualifications. 3.0 hours of CPD Certified (4.0 class) Although it may take less time to finish the course online, this course includes 3.0 hours (4.0 classes) of CPD. The entire course duration consists of two hours and ten minutes of video instruction, knowledge reviews, a final exam, remedial assistance, and a review of the downloaded content.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Entry Learners must be 18+ with a good command of English. A background or active interest in healthcare or aesthetics is preferred but not essential. Skills Up Training Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry if entry requirements are not met. 2. Attendance Full attendance is required for certification. Learners arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused entry without refund. Non-attendance without notice results in forfeiture of the course fee and place. 3. Assessment & Certification Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of both theory and practical assessments. Unsafe or incorrect technique may result in withheld certification. Reassessment is at trainer discretion and may incur an additional fee. 4. Sharps & Equipment Learners must follow strict health and safety rules. Sharps must only be used under supervision and disposed of in approved sharps containers. Re-sheathing is strictly prohibited. Any injury from negligence or mishandling is the learner’s responsibility. 5. Liability Skills Up Training Ltd accepts no liability for injuries or harm resulting from learner misconduct or misuse of training. Certification confirms competence at the time of training but does not qualify the learner to practise independently or as a medical professional. 6. Refunds & Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course will be refunded minus a £50 admin fee. No refunds or date changes are permitted within 7 days, including for lateness or non-attendance. If Skills Up Training Ltd cancels, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.. 7. Health & Safety PPE must be worn. Any medical conditions, allergies, or access needs must be declared in advance. Entry will be refused to anyone unwell or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 8. Behaviour & Dress Code Professional behaviour is mandatory. Disruptive conduct results in removal without refund. Phones must be silent. Wear clean, professional attire and closed shoes. Hair tied back; no polish or extensions. 9. Consent & Media Recording is not permitted unless authorised. Group photos may be used for promotion; learners can opt out. Unsafe behaviour may result in removal or disqualification. 10.Certificate Name Accuracy Learners must provide their full legal name correctly at registration.
