Emergency Paediatric 6 Hour Child/Infant First Aid Level 3 (VTQ) – EPFA
Course Descriptions
Be prepared for emergencies by thoroughly studying the Fundamentals of First Aid for Children. Unit 1 of the comprehensive Pediatric First Aid course is this most recent version, which is the entry-level training. In many cases, our two-day or one-day online and one-day in-person first aid course is required if you are registering as a childminder or working in a childcare facility. After finishing this course, you can go on to ProTrainings to finish the unit 2 course and earn the full Paediatric First Aid Award. According to HSE regulations, all of our first aid courses completely comply with the most recent UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines. The HSE fully recognizes Vocational Training Qualifications (VTQ) as Trade Body Qualifications. Please be aware that a minimum age of 14 is required for the classroom session. A Certified CPD Statement, a Certificate, and, for online courses, an Evidence Based Learning statement accompany the content of this and all of our courses, which have been independently certified to adhere to widely recognized Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
